Indian h1 lobby is worse in Tampa. All data science teams are spammed with them. They get all the promotions. They never recognize and care for anybody else. Rachel’s team is heavily dominated by them. I think the Indian lobby gives her a perspective that there is no other talent elsewhere. This has gone from bad to worse.

Th only lobby I've come across (I'm in 388 but extended parts of my team are in Tampa) in Tampa is the Hispanic lobby - US based, Mexico, Costa Rica and Colombia. Totally entrenched with American D's anfd MD's blatantly favoring them
NO other company, except Citi, on this or any other website is affectionately called the appellations Modibank, Des!bank or Currybank.

And Citi believes it's a peer of the Real Banks, always showing on PPTs how and where it compares to the Real Banks (Always at the Bottom). Yeah, right.....just like Kia cars are peers of luxury cars like Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Porsche. LOL!
NO other bank has Citi's problems. And NO other bank is vilified on this website and other websites as Modibank, Des!bank, Currybank.
There's a pattern. This is like a SAT Question.....One of these is Not like the others.
They treat citizens and Permanent residents as third class people.
It's time Congress grows a spine and passes legislation to ban all H1Bs. There are thousands of capable Americans available to fill these rolls. The time has come to eliminate this H1B scam.
No one can stop H1B or immigration when the richest person in the world supports it. It's fine to have immigrants. But bribing managers, taking cash in India or through some other channels, gift cards or some other forms is fraud and is the form of money laundering. I think the US government should open an investigation on hiring practices at Citi. They can easily track based on the managers names, history, caste, race, social media etc..
Things are getting bad. Everyone must contribute to stop the scams. Save all your evidence. There should be a hiring freeze on all contractors, especially the major offshore contracting companies. They are scammers.
India is a big country , there is only one community called Telugu, they only do these types of scams.
There are hardworking talented people from India who runs IT operations globally.
