They had an explosion and fire at the refinery which resulted in injuries. She should be sent packing.

@b6 So replacing the VP from a generally well run refinery with someone from a refinery which is constantly having off-spec fuel problems and is in the midst of a strike / lock-out?….
The Washington refinery VP is out. Being replaced by someone from the Indiana refinery.
