Not a day goes by where I am in a meeting and just shake my head at the ignorance and poor leadership of Squad Leads, Chapter Leads and Chapter Area Leads.
We are DOOMED.

the real work is being done by the people that actually do the work (non management). The management positions are just highly paid secretaries that talk and b-tch about the work that is being done. The extra-highly paid secretaries are the ones that tell the highly paid secretaries what work to delegate to the (non management) actual work people. Go figure the pay structure.

We have non-technical management making decisions that affects all the squads w/o a clue of the impact it has.

They need to do some housecleaning at the Sr management level.

So true.
Inexperienced ppl being promoted based on necessity to fill positions.
Management hiding behind Agile as their mistakes lead to a change in direction every 3-6 months.
