If you paid well and have future and have a growth path you most likely not working in Automotive.
I don't think its a Ford issue, this industry is full of very bad management.
I worked at GM, Ford and FCA they just ki-l talent!

There were plenty of scammers well before WFH ever happened. I know a guy who did his side hustle using a company truck to transport material for his personal business and he did it all during his Ford work hours. Daily! And everyone knew it, even his management chain.

Personally, I think they we're in on the scam.

Some people have to work multiple jobs just to take care of their family. This isn’t anything new. My parents were doing it in the 70s/80s. How about those who work while going to school. This has nothing to do with WFH. Do some people cheat the system? Most likely. But not everyone. Nothing wrong with working your a-s off to create a better life.

Heck I’d be happy if Ford employees showed any type of hustle or motivation.
80% of our area are bumps on a log who awake only to stealthily kn--e the ambitious motivated employees.

Poor work from home mentality. Time to RTO for you or go cheat another company. Ford doesn’t need you.
