Anyone familiar with the acronym "PIC" (possibly similar to "PIP" or "RA"). This is a new term being floated around lately, and I am curious in regard to its meaning. The context is from managers currently using it in preparation for upcoming reviews in Checkpoint (reflections, etc..). thx!

Don't know. But one this is for sure. You can pic your friends and you can pic your nose, but you can't pic your friend's nose.
