Why does fidelity say they don’t tolerate harassment? It always makes me giggle when someone says that because yes it absolutely happens at work.

I've reported SA and the perps are still here. The victims have been impacted more.
It’s called challenging others, a new company value..LOL. Coming soon to your metrics.
Ended up in the quarterly review as "challenge working with others" when I complained about being harrassed.
