Maybe you guys downvote a mo--------n joke without realizing I was refusing to be molested/ra--d and I wanted to raise awareness? You guys realize people fu-k on the 3rd floor all the time and also first floor behind the lobby desk in those conference rooms by the first floor kitchenette? @e5 Dude lol this is like the people who realize they weren't molested as kids because they were too ugly and they feel left out. Hate to break the bad news to you but uh, don't expect a promotion any time soon.
Operations managers can bang the entire frontline and when someone complains, the manager gets promoted and then their is a stigma against the victim.
In Estero, I've been getting gang banged by this company for 8 years. Not one promotion, not one proposition, no verbal or teams message. I bought knee pads and haven't had a chance to use them. How do I get in on some of that?
Wouldn't be surprised. There is a lot of quid pro quo at Hertz Estero and if you want to get a promotion it often involves having s-x with your superiors. I personally was blocked from promotions because I refused to have s-x with my manager and I was also propositioned by one of the leaders in my department who destroyed my career after I refused. The main problem is these people know how to do it where you can't get evidence and report it. It is verbal communication done in private where there are no witnesses and it is illegal for you to record the conversation on the phone. These people know how to get away with it and they also know how to destroy your life if you refuse. Everyone from Sr Director to CEO who worked at Hertz since 2020 should be investigated and the only real paper trail is all the private messages they sent and received in MS Teams (start with the deleted messages).
