@1ep You didn’t lie! Bring an Indian into the CTO/CIO role and Americans start getting pushed out and not hired into any new positions. No balance at all. Then on top of that: do more offshoring. So harmful to Americans.

@1jz So true, these people are beyond gross! I don’t see this company surviving in the long run. Too many selfish choices that harm Americans. They will soon go under or have to sell for pennies on the dollar. They are buried in lawsuits, investigations and complaints.

@1ep onshore leaders are getting weaker by the day while offshore is on an hiring spree to show they have enough people so let's fire the expensive onshore. It's onshore VP, CIO/Execs, fault for allowing this.

Remember, the nationalistic Indian leaders needed weak and clueless onshore leaders to get into power.

This is happening to all companies that have allowed for Indian people to get into leadership roles. Just look at the news with Microsoft. We in the west believe in equality of opportunity, but the rest of the world sees it as a weakness to be exploited.

Instead of growing these companies and having them continue to do great things, they are left to rot as they become vehicles to transfer wealth to offshore friends and cousins or give them visas.

@nf So true, and beyond terrible! The only consequence will be when they all lose their jobs and sink with this ship after they’ve laid off all the employees. Hopefully employees will be sitting pretty elsewhere by then.

@a3 the management has no consequences for all the bad decisions they made. Regular Employees pay the price. Managers gets bonus, RSU, millions. All VP+ I know are all millionaires.

@a1 Mhmm, all of this. This has to be the worst company. If there was such an award they’d be #1 if not top 3, right next to Boeing unaliving witnesses. How can you be laying off monthly while keeping poor leadership making multiple times the salary of employees? Lay off these managers, reduce the top-heaviness!

This company has gradually become a cesspool of vile leadership. It’s like they won’t acquire a company unless they can add more bullies to the org. 😩
