Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

CNBC Jim Cramer Recommends Honeywell

He said he’s bullish on the stock "because it has several divisions that could be spun off to make Honeywell more focused on more profitable businesses." We can only hope.

Cramer must have had a deal when he and Cote were neighbors. I shill your stock on TV and you mow my lawn.

Currently dumping as much stock as I can, annoyingly there is a bunch I am not allowed to sell to for another 2 years by which time I will be lucky to get half the current value at best :(

How can Cramer still like HON? Look at the stock price for the past 2 years relative to other industrials. Everyone had COVID headwinds so that isn’t it. In fact, HON was cranking out hundreds of millions of KN95 masks which probably helped the revenue less disappointing. I think it is time to send DA back to that mediocre software company where he came from. Board of Directors should be looking at a leadership change and not just at Aero.

How about Intelligrated as a possible spinoff?

HBT is definitely a spin off target. On average low margins/ legacy hardware/ complex hbs business.

Remember that buying a business is not like buying a house. Most business sales are financed by the business asset being bought. This drives MORE cost cutting by the new owners to make the asset profitable. Being sold is not a good thing. When two nearly equal companies merge invariable the Worst culture dominates.

Did you see today’s HON stock price? It is tanking due to being downgraded. Said it is overvalued and is going to experience a serious downturn in sales. No surprises here…

Strap yourselves in. ALT will take it out on us with massive RIFs and furloughs.

I would trust anything Cramer says. He is fraud and cuck of Wall Street. He probably has special connections with DA. Btw DA is seriously the worse CEO I ever worked for.

Cramer is a pump 'n dump snake oil salesman and admitted stock price manipulator. In an interview in 2006 with thestreet.com, he described how me manipulates stock prices to make money for his hedge fund, calling it "fun" and "lucrative": https://www.zimbio.com/Jim+Cramer/articles/72/Jim+Cramer+Admits+Market+Manipulation+Calls. Cramer says that the lies needed to make money as a hedge fund manager work even better when they're repeated on CNBC. He belongs in the same place as his buddy, Bernie Madoff, and former Enron CEO Kenneth Lay. Cramer oozes the sl--e of greedy Wall Street pigs.

DC was on Cramers show so often, practically a co-host, as Cramer constantly hype Hon stock.
Buy beware. Lots of other stock play out there. Netflix just double Q4 2022 is just one example. No need this type of hype by ceo buddy

Actually the spin was 2016 not ‘18.

Yeah, he is also a neighbor with DC and friend with DA I believe.

However, I do believe some business segments will be spun off/divested.

Cutting costs like they're doing sure seems to be following the playbook.

Be careful what you wish for. Was spun off in ‘18. The company still had the same mindset and culture for the most part. Health benefits stayed the same but prices didn’t go up as fast.
