22 rejects so far this year. Only 3 interviews. Most are not getting passed on by the recruiter.
I know 3 people who got promoted and know even more people who didn't get promoted but promised
@hp not even close but what I do is keep pushing for better opportunities for employees that deserve promotion. It can take a long time but it does get done. I persist
I’ve applied for 20 positions in the last 2 months all i am qualified for I interviewed for 2 and so far all rejections and have 6 in review
Seems like the ones on the top seem to be getting promoted more often and the ones below hardly ever
I worry about this too, with the news remote plan in place. Not to mention the national footprint paved the way for much stiffer competition for those positions that do come open.
With all the layoffs in Network and EDU, I wouldn't count on it.

Must departments cannot even backfill so your department must be a chosen one if uselessness. That’s the HCSC way. .
Promoted people on my team recently. It is possible.
