Is it possible to show zz. before the next layoff?

@bv that is possible. I’ve seen it for three reasons. The person had been legitimately let go but later returned via rehire. They were erroneously ZZ’d and then it takes a few days for everything to re sync and catch up. The person was zy’d then same as zz when being reinstated.

It depends. The z's can show up if someone is on extended leave of absence and of course if someone quits, terminated or laid off. I believe the difference is 2 z's or 3 z's.

Funny you say this. I was adding a name to a meeting invite and I swear it briefly showed zz in front of one persons name then it didn’t

Zz means you aren't employed. Not sure what you're after

I’ve been wondering that as well. I heard there is a way to tell in MS Outlook under the Notes section of the search there is a way to see changes, but don’t know if that equates to a ZZ.
