Thread regarding PayPal layoffs

Enrique’s Approval Rating on Glassdoor

Enrique = 44%

Plenty of layoff CEOs out there and their numbers aren’t this low.

@1va absolutely agree but the statement that the stock doubled after he left has been repeated pretty consistently as a reason he is not reliable. I dont think he's a good fit for PayPal but let's not make $hit up to try and prove a point.

@1fz we really don’t care all that much about this line of reasoning. He still is a big miss for PayPal.

HPQ was trading at 19 when lores announced he was leaving. It dropped to 17 after this. It has since risen and fallen to 24.66 as of today. Thats about a 30% increase. For all those who are saying the price doubled after he left, you are wrong.

@175 the price bottomed out at 17. It was sitting around 19. It is now at 24. The price clearly hasnt doubled. Also if you think the price increased simply because he left, you're delusional.

@bx HPQ went from like $17 around March to $31 in June as soon as he left. It’s just pulled back a little bit. It most definitely skyrocketed when he left HPQ.

PayPal stock only goes down and Hewlett doubled a month after he left. Do you really need more evidence he’s a jack***?

@bx His approval rating on Glassdoor is accurate. Him in this seat is the biggest joke on PayPal, regardless of accuracy as it relates to whichever division of HP he led.

HP stock did not double after he left. HPE stock pretty much doubled but he wasnt CEO of HPE. He was CEO of HPQ. The price didnt double after he left. It went up and then came down. I have no love for the guy but at least get your facts right. It's also really unlikely the price went up just because he left. Its so id--tic suggesting this.

This guy is geriatric and totally out of his element in fintech. He should’ve stayed selling printers except Hewlett doubled in stock price as soon as he left. So that tells you how much he was liked.
