Thread regarding CDW layoffs

Thanks Chris

I was performing, loyal and zero drama. I kept my head down, did my work and made great money for CDW. You? You are not performing, you are not keeping your head down, and you are bleeding cash for CDW. You are a disaster who ruins lives and an industry laughing-stock. You should fire yourself.

Been there 10 years, not the first time this has happened in the name of "efficiency" and "growth" but these thick twats think removing people from productive positions whilst others take up the slack is going to work, she's driving the company into the ground and won't be long before she's removed.

I was part of the July 2025 layoff. All I have to say is.. thank you CDW for giving me a severance package. I found a new job within 2 weeks and pocketed the money. Btw, I got the privledge to fire you from my new company because your a bunch of box pushers and add zero value to a customer

Anyone know if CDW Canada was impacted as well?

@a2 exactly. If you're older, sick with cancer, caring for a sick family member, or too expensive, you're done

@a6 seeing her Fan Girl Jackie Joyner in the Adams office was comical. As comical as her leadership skills. The fact that they think anything they’re doing is heading in the right direction would make Tom Richard’s SICK. RIP to the GOAT.

Leahy’s tenure has been nothing short of disastrous, as it has been marked by mistake after mistake after mistake.

Neither the acquisitions, investments (such as Salesforce), layoffs that never resolved our cost issues, GTM strategies, leadership choices nor sponsorships (particularly F1 and the Olympics) delivered even close to sufficient value to overcome their cost, disruption, pain to customers, impact on coworkers, or our sharply declining stock price.

What is the board doing? This latest round of layoffs is, again, 100% a failure of c-suite leadership.

Unfortunately they do not care about the common coworker. Numbers on a computer is all we are.
