At what point do towns and municipalities ask them if they’re going to clean up any of the mess and get their customer’s service back on.

Been saying this for years. All worried about the wrong things. One big storm hits this place and its curtains. No workers, no leadership, no plan, and no clue…
Should be less focus on the tender offer and more on the 10s of thousands with no service the last 3 days.
It will be delisted very soon...

Well, the tender offer ended so basically now wall street is back to pricing the the stock based on unresolved debt/restructuring risk. In otherwords... the Band-Aid was pulled and the wound was still there.
