Thread regarding Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) layoffs

JNPR cull starting in July?

Now that the year is over, are JNPRs going to be laid off or have their comp lowered? It was hands off for the first year only, then HPE can run riot in headcount if they want.

@28m The good thing about Dr. Gartner is he get you crunk on Henny at happy hour. The bad is he call HR on you the next day.

The people (or chud-bots) here whining about DEI are hilarious. There are so many mediocre white dudes in the management chain between you and Neri. Also, your spelling and grammar are atrocious.

I’m not sure the future looks very promising for HPE. Antonio’s DEI initiatives have really flooded the company with some real characters and promoted people who aren’t the strongest leaders. There are so many questionable folks in the system now. The days of merit and truly focusing on customers feel completely gone.

The comp plans already changed.

As to the "cull", I am not sure why. It seems to me JNPR was more productive than HPE, honestly: far more got done much faster without the crippling bureaucracy and inconsistency of many HPE "policies".

Hope the cull does happen and hope I am first on the list. I hate working here and want them to give me walking papers. Please.
