Thread regarding Fidelity Investments layoffs

"In coming weeks" nightmare

I am sick to my stomach after hearing "more updates to follow in coming weeks" day after day.

While I try hard to not let this BS affect my productivity, it's becoming harder to focus

stop caring about fidelity and its customers, they do not care about you

Just use all the time you can dedicate outside of work, to finding a new job someplace else.

It will put you in a hopeful, active frame of mind regarding your own agency in life and with your career.

Give yourself the gift of the power of autonomy, instead of passively allowing other people to determine your destiny.
