Many say that. However, are you sure that this is not just your subjective feeling, which may not be true? Please share your story.
I am feeling the same pressure that I have been feeling since I started working here, and therefore I could easily come to a conclusion that they want to get rid of me since day one, which does not make any sense.

This is obviously already well under way. "rebadging" hundreds if not thousands of employees to vendors where not only do they not have to pay severance but you are off their payroll books AND they are still getting production out of you. In some areas they may want you to quit so they don't have to pay severance where rebadging is not being done however in other areas they want to keep you so they can rebadge you and then some other company will pay you and they benefit from your knowledge and know how in doing the work for Allstate. The "rebadging" of service and agency areas is the flavor of the day in late 2022 and early 2023 hand in later 2023 ans early 2024 the "rebadging" will come to claims as well. These vendors have claims licensed employees ready to do your jobs for 1/3 of the pay.
Yes, they want you to voluntarily quit so they don't have to pay severence. That's why they are making it uncomfortable. The love of money is the root of all evil. They realized they can hire people in India for a fraction of what they pay a u.s. worker. They don't care about employees. The execs just want to pad their bonuses
Just ride it out... it's out of your control...
If you're put on a PIP, start looking for another job (always be looking anyways...) make "them" move, and NEVER give in... not even with MORE work and expectations...
