Morale is terribly low. The uncertainty is weighing on me, but I take comfort in the fact that the package is perhaps the best way out, right?

I want the package, it would be nice to get it in January and take a month or two off to evaluate.
Back to work this week and it's straight back to having 3 or 4 people telling the same amount of engineers what to do.
Yes it may be easier to get a new job if already in employment. Always seems to be the case.
It's a lot easier to find a job when you have a job. Who wants to be the sloppy seconds? The longer you wait the harder it's going to be to have a soft landing, because the Biden economy isn't doing you any favors.
