Well I work at Collins in Melbourne Fl. There’s no overtime but they painted all the buildings which are many. Redid the parking lots Humm🤔
We were told last September 2022 they are hiring 500 ppl within the year. We still build through hole boards old technology. They said they will be shipping what we build to Mexicali Mexico. Eventually areas with older units Mexico will build. But don’t worry we’ll replace with new stuff. Humm🤔I believe they are afraid that if there employees get wind of a slow close/layoff they will leave and Collins will be without employees. I don’t trust them.

Not you though, right? You’re the only one working hard and the company would fall apart without you.
