If a company gives the employees a severance package they dont have to do the warn notice for them. Warn just tells you you are getting laid off with no severance

At HP Enrique kept layoffs numbers low enough to prevent WARN notices despite the fact there was a continuous flow.
I know of people that have been laid off...but it's definitely being kept on the downlow.

Our CEO is a geriatric old man who moves at a snails pace. He was hired to transform a fintech company that moves and changes pretty fast and frequently. I’m sure this will work out well for all of us and another great hire by the BOD’s.
Patience, its coming. if someone tells you the plan is A, B and C, they don't have a clue. Not even VPs have the details yet.
Hopefully they double down and announce an additional 4000 cuts during the Q2 earnings call.
