Hello. Please. Does anyone know the status of NY ? Will there be massive layoffs here?

@bq they never filed a WARN in 2023. There are ways around it. I wouldn’t go by that.
I was part of 2023 Fidelis layoff with no WARN notice so…. That notice kinda doesn’t mean much IMO.
@bq I did look up the Warn notice and has to affect 50 or more people from that single state? We don’t have 50 employed in the state I live that I am aware so working remotely they can get around this.
I’m sure it’s across the board and NY is included.
As of yesterday no Warn notices for Fidelis in the NY State warn website. So legally no massive layoffs for 90 days from that point. Of course there are ways Fidelis can go around it .
