Does anyone know or have an idea on how they are tracking in office requirements if you have a medical accommodation? I’m in a location where you only have to badge in and I have a FWA for 4 hrs a day. Do they truly track your hours if you have the FWA?

FHY and their stupid A tracking. Half our internal systems are failing or ancient and inefficient, and they blow time and money on this stupid S? These people don't even deserve min wage. They bring no value to the company at all. Coffee badgers are worth more than the whole lot of them.
If all others are being tracked why do you think you won't be tracked with an FWA?
You are already being tracked, your manager just must not be sharing the dashboard or data with you.
@OP Hours are tracked in an either/or/combo of actual badge swipes with network activity. Network activity meaning your WF issued laptop or terminal based activity if at your worksite. It is absolutely accurate from all of my FAFO testing. I wanted to find out for myself where the upper and lower limits are of knowing when I am at work, and I found them. You will show up as non-compliant on your managers dashboard for RTO reporting but your valid FWA excuses you.
The only real questions are will your manager stare at the hours displayed in the red field and remember that you are allowed to show as some value of approximately 4 or will they constantly be pinging you "why are you not meeting the requirement?".
Don't show up and find out. You'll get your answer one way or another.
Unlikely but you do need to badge in.
