Is what they should do based on the service level these days. Not a single order is correct. No supervision in the warehouses. No quality checks. Record number of returned items for the wrong product. Amazon is going downhill fast.

When singularity finally arrives the hammer will fall hardest on companies like ours. If I Amabutwhole Foods is still in business in 3 years I will eat an entire mainframe computer chip by chip 100% read it and weep you can quote me on that

They lost focus of the fundamentals long ago. I shop at Walmart.com or buy direct from manufacturer.
Shame, a couple of years ago Amazon was solid. You could return something no questions asked. Nowadays you don’t even get the right product delivered so a return is “baked in” to the transaction. They are basically paying humans to drive around town and place random boxes the warehouse workers randomly selected to get delivered that day. No wonder they are betting everything on AI and robots. The humans that used to work fine a few years ago are defective now.
