Aruba talent > HPE. Juniper talent > Aruba. But plenty of exceptions, of course. Discover Las Vegas clearly showed Antonio ready to pass the torch to Rami. The AI wave is propping us up nicely, but HPE needs some restructuring and you need a relative outsider to do it. The amount of fat in the company is staggering.

@p3 Honestly Mist isn't really "7 years ahead of the competition" anymore. A big mess is quickly being created and then you have the likes of Dr. Gartner trying to sell it.

Aruba leaders from wireless need to go ! Massive Failure in cloud. Many tech leads from Aruba are well Connected and are playing the corporate game to stay in HPE. Fire all of them !

We all knew that MIST will take over. In public, all leaders say one team and one vision! lol

In private, hunger games are going on for months.
