Inflation is not coming for your salary. Gas and food prices are going up, but the standard raise this year is just going to be 2% instead of the 3% we've been getting. Can't imagine people are going to be happy about that.

@cx Wrong - APR is already done and submitted by leadership into Workday.
I think youd be lucky in tech to get a raise this year - our leader told us to not expect any raises if your at top of pay range for position and instead will just get a cash bonus. but no promotions so most people have been above max pay range since you cant move up
Unless you are a b**tlicker you will get the 2%.
@cx Wrong..
Comp isn't entered into Workday until much later in the process than now, so yes, @ab is full of sh-t
@ct wrong. They can (and have before) provide a static rating not considering performance and blanket it across everyone. Watch and see.
I smell lies. Increase is based off rating? How can anyone confirm anything unless you’re in the dept. of HR that signs off on it? It hasn’t been made public to people managers yet.
Can confirm. Pay was just confirmed in workday this week. Idk what’s worse, 2% for meets or 4% for exceptional. Lol.
Id--t Hill did is quite a number this year.
Yeah that’s the rumor. Likely right.
