I think it is a cult in the sense that nobody speaks up and is afraid to tell it like it is. Most leaders are cowards and afraid to speak truth to power this is why the company is failing. Every stupid idea the high ups come up with should be shot down by lower level leaders that know the stupid idea will not work.
If it's a cult then it's a really bad one. Full of people that don't like it and want to leave, based on this forum.
