VCG Ops

Anyone know the plan for VCG Ops? Based on some reorg emails it seems like retail and CS OPS have been officially combined under the same umbrella creating even more redundencies or were taking a second stab at OPOO

@ga we were not told an exact number but our team was told we were losing 12-15%. No I will not say what team I am on, but when this information was shared we were told there would be company wide impacts. Makes sense, the plan is working. Force people to digital, outsource as much overhead as possible. The entire industry is changing it's operating model.

OPOO was a disaster. CS doesn’t know anything about Sales and Sales doesn’t know anything about CS. Those are two different roles that should not be combined unless they want a worse customer experience and no AI can’t solve for this.

Ops is being grenaded and gutted. The stores have reduced their third party cleaning days to just 1-2 days a week. They are looking at ops another burden that could be managed by corporate store or indirect management. Indirect stores have their agents picking up trash at the end of day.

They still see a lot of downtimes, especially for AMs. They will be picking up the slack for ops.
