Stock price is higher than it was before the crash last year. This is all just to keep senior leaders rich. Mission Simplify is a force-fed sh-t sandwich disguised as a AI software upgrade.
So since she actually had to tell people instead of the sneaky sh-t they have done since she started slowly laying off most departments how big is this new cut. Normally she only says something after it leaks to the press.

Sounds like voluntary layoffs, as a lot of other companies have done. I feel like AI is a factor in some way to all this.
Suggestion: just repackage it as transformative.
How will we know what specific offers the VSP program will give to us as it pertains to our positions. Do we have to ask HR? Supervisor? Wouldn’t they know our intentions to quit and just lay us off? How does it work?
Hiring pause is total BS. They have opened up positions that make no sense for teams that add little business value.
I wish they’d offer enough via VSP to let me retire.
As we all suspected, Mission Simply is just a lazily coded way of saying people (normal people without golden parachutes) are going to be fired.
My flabers are fasted. I'm curious to see if they're gonna offer anything to make it a viable option. We are so fu---d!
