I can't stop thinking about whether more cuts are on the way. Does anyone have any idea if we can expect more soon?

They required that after Covid and everyone at my site just ignored the directive. People are still working from home all of the time. If managers don't enforce it, no one will come in.
Didn't that already happen after covid? Or are you talking about the people who were grandfathered into the wfh program when onsemi bought out gf?
Not sure about manufacturing, but I've heard there's about to be a push to make all employees be in office 5 days a week. Probably trying to get people to quit so they don't have to do layoffs.
