Years ago, Seagate was a company that was dedicated to its employees, but now it seems like those on top are doing everything they can to turn us against one another. The company has been struggling lately, but this is not just about financials. Seagate needs to regain employee trust and loyalty if it wants to turn things around.

Way too top heavy. Everyone is a director, senior director, executive director or VP. And these fat cats make big bucks and do very little. Building in Longmont is virtually empty, everyone is "working" from home. Oh, and big time woke and Inclusive while they lay off the older folks that have great experience, skills and work ethics. Doesn't sound very inclusive to me. Seagate needs to "lay off" the politics and get back to focusing on making the best products and hiring the best people. I left last Sumner, best thing I ever did.

No body in Longmont works beyond 5pm..what the he-l are you talking abt. Most of them boast as if they r working for google/amazon or some big cap tech
I did move on and I find it sad company has decided to become so political and pushy on their agenda. Lets face it, most people just want to do a good job and participate, not be pushed around. I agree, if not good, get out and find companies that do this. They are out there and Seagate won't change till management changes.
