I hereby declare a quiet-quitting initiative that is set to go into effect on JAN 3, 2023. Under this new initiative, employees are required to stick it to FB by putting in as little effort as possible; just enough to remain employed. If we all band together, we can significantly reduce FB's pocket mass. #fisvproud

Quiet quitting--- its NOT quitting, its Not asinine, it literally means doing the job you are contracted to do and be able to maintain a work life balance. it means not volunteering your weekends for work, not working on your days off and vacation time, not answering work calls in your off time. If you think your team is negative maybe the common denominator is you. when management makes statements like if you dont like it here leave, dont get pissy about it when folks do. if you make statements about you should be here for the company and not the money, dont be surprised when folks get upset as the company is NOT there for them. there is no employee loyalty why should there be company loyalty.
I’ve seen quiet quitters all of last year. You are late. And honestly tired of managing a bunch of negative people.

Too late, I already started that when they forced the RTO policy on only a portion of the workforce! It all depends on who your boss is and that doesn't sit well.
