Anyone else spending most of their time training their new useless leader on what tech is, what their new area does, and wondering the value of the useless leaders salary while waiting to understand direction and deliverables.
Still tons of dead weight just collecting money with no value add work to be had.

Half of my team is working on their old team and new team because they forgot about those services and how critical they are. Speedrunning burnout is going to really help us get back to not winning faster

Somehow they’ve managed to engineer a truly terrible reorg and layoff strategy. I’ve never seen something of this scale done without an ounce of thought put into it. It’s honestly impressive how much theyve done everything wrong
Managers can’t be bothered to treat employees like human beings who deserve growth and development opportunities. Instead, they treat people like rats, who are way below them. they are focusing mainly on their own image, promotions, thirst for power, greed and control, acting as if their title alone means no one should question them, no matter what stupid thing comes out of their mouth. can't wait to see projects going side ways after this reorg and people quitting in mass.
There are some teams at PHK reporting to directors in ITC. It’s a clusterf*ck.

Nike has done nothing for me but taking advantage of me, gave me management that has really abused me. At this point layoffs sound so much better than continuing to work here.
