They need to get rid of contractors and invest on FTEs. Toxic people have started backstabbing each other n it will self cleanse.

If they did that they will fail as a company. Processors are overworked as is and they have no tech right now to replace them or meaningfully improve their productivity. That business org is a sh-t show.
