They need to get rid of contractors and invest on FTEs. Toxic people have started backstabbing each other n it will self cleanse.

Who will do the work that Wipro developers get assigned but don't do? Are we going to source another Indian IT firm?
If they did that they will fail as a company. Processors are overworked as is and they have no tech right now to replace them or meaningfully improve their productivity. That business org is a sh-t show.
