The "talkers" are the ones that have lasted, especially in management. Its almost pathetic at this point how little some of the higher-level managers know. If you go back to even the early 2010's there were still many upper-management types that had decades of knowledge across various roles. Now it's just a bunch of people that have weaseled their way through the pandemic and outlasted, made friends with the right people, or simply laid very low.
@OP they are not id--ts they are consultants.
