The talent pool in India can only do non-subjective work. They lack the org knowledge and context to do more. That’s not unique to EM, it’s universal to all companies. EM is seeking to streamline by moving more roles to India but honestly, it should be seeking to skill up US personnel to automate all of the work and then just oversee it. No need for India teams which can be replaced by AI agents.
