Ole Danny boy is quickly becoming the laughing stock among tech leaders because he’s so over his head about AI. He thinks he’s a leader in the space, and it’s hilarious to read commentaries, feedback, opinions about him that point out his misguided beliefs and his totally wrong view of AI. It’s honestly embarrassing and I know the C-Suite in several large corporations and sitting back building war chests to buy out parts of Verizon once he fully flops and drives the company to its knees. I meet with C-Suite level in multiple companies through consulting contracts, and I can tell you 100% that Dan is the punchline of the joke, but he’s too arrogant and/or stupid to see it.

Hoping is not a Strategy.
Unless you work at Verizon....its all we got.
@dg In Oct 2025 Dan said the stock should be at $75. He has a few levers to do that and he’s using them. Hope it hits at least $75 before he leaves.
Dan is the least technically competent person if every meeting he attends. He has no idea what he's jabbering on about. And it's so obvious. But that's not why he is our CEO. He's our CEO in order to radically cut cost. We have seen less than half of the reductions he will have to deliver in order for the stock price to reach the threshold for him to get the extra $50M
An AI leader in branding, not in compute.
Becoming!? Wasn't he already? He's leading a glorified retail corporation while spewing customer first when he plants to cut all frontline service and replace it with AI.
Exactly right. He is the laughingstock—and that’s precisely why he was “chosen.” Not despite the ridicule, but because of it. He’s the distraction designed to absorb all the noise, all the outrage, all the management’s inflicted chaos. While everyone’s eyes are locked on him, the real moves are happening behind the curtain. The big games. The ones no one notices until it’s too late. Everyone’s so focused on the clown that they’ve lost sight of what’s really happening inside this company—and what’s coming.
Olé, olé, olé, olé
This company lacks innovation like a mule lacks teets. Time to make the donuts mentality. Union time card punching wont ever get you on the forefront of anything high tech. Dan needs ti realize this is a dead telecom company NOT a high tech growth company.
