Because no 3rd level wants to hear that his "Fresh Ideas" were tried 20 years ago and didn't work then when he was in high school and won't work now.
@a8 They did listen to us. We said get rid of all of wireless workers , a chunk every few months. Build out fios, and turn the page from the horrible 5 G disaster. TRUE STORY

I got it. All it did was ask me if I felt like Verizon was inclusive and if I felt part of the culture. What an absolute waste of time. Didn’t want to know how I thought the companies direction was. Just if my environment was “inclusive”
