@em I am colleague, I’ve lost colleagues in these rounds here also; doesn’t make me and Oodit fan boy or an external contractor; just means I cannot change/control what’s done and it’s time for me (us) to work on building up a better new culture, by replacing the old one, and support those of us that remain. I can choose to be bitter or I can choose to crack on. I’m making my choice. Be the member of this society you want to be: in your actions. I’m not here to be Sowing seeds of discontent, as it’s equally as disruptive as the lay offs themselves.

I’ve been seeing layoffs every single week
You know, I haven’t been on here a while and can see Why, but catching up: I don’t believe it, I think they’re all done now. I think this is just purely disruptive rumour/speculation now.
Opinion: I think it’s true that we’re awaiting org chart communication post Waters/BD integration some time this month.
No more layoffs : stability and consistency in delivery for the rest of the year are key now.
Let’s stop with the speculation, crack on helping each other relax, be calm, less anxious and being focused on successful delivery.
Any details that you can share @b2+1 about Wednesday June 10 (today’s) layoffs? Which areas/where and size?
