Curious people’s thoughts or knowledge of Gunjans announcement from last week announcing the new AiDI org and the change of moving Ankit under CBB product. Seems like a big change that will shift how we work but can’t quite piece it all together, and if it’s viewed as a positive move. What say you, layoff people?

Every business lines has 2 prod teams who owns the outcomes? Then we have technology product managers. If same headcount is given to engineering teams may be they can build faster with lesser people to run the product.
Still not sure what this all means.

That was a depromotion?
Its good that Caleb Schmidt got depromoted. He depromoted experience architects title roles to experience designer title roles. He did the same for other roles. Theres a difference between an architect and a designer and people with no sense flattened the design org. Feels good to see a depromotion for him to help him see what others have experienced.
