A couple of places says the 401k lawsuit will be this Friday, June 12. A couple of places say no set date has been established.
Anyone know anything more official-like?

@bq Exactly, they're like tariffs: there to impress the lowest and most gullible among us but only hurt the public.
prone to even admin settlement wrong, ccount ur beans
@az yes and no. The problem is the hidden costs of lawsuits and greedy lawyers. Every service and product you buy has these litigation costs built into the prices. Same with theft. Any loss or expense is built into a price. Companies never really ever pay fines, settlements, taxes, etc. The consumer does.
Works for me. Send it!
@ah if the threat of class-action litigation creates disincentives for companies to engage in similar behavior in the future, it's still a good thing, regardless of where the profits end up going
The settlement website seems to indicate 6/22 as the approximate payment date
Is this real?
the only people who get decent payments in these class action suits are the lawyers
$100.00-$200.00 estimated per participant
I don't know, but they better pay big bucks. No more of this $1B lawsuit where you wind up getting a check for 23 cents.
