The pathetic thing is that the mass exodus started a year and a half ago and is going strong.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the turn over rate for 2023 is 80%+.

Get ready to get a 2023 grand shaft for your merit raise. They tried to hype it up as the average being more than in recent years (which is the only way to keep up with inflation and retain workers) but it is insufficient when compared to the pay adjustments for the same roles with other insurance companies. It reminds me of the State Farm commercial where a guy dangles a dollar in front of you from a fishing line. They're fu----g clueless. Looking forward to the 2023 exodus and unlimited forced OT.
