Were there layoffs already this year in all divisions? Any depts expect more this year? Any division safer?

Azusa laid off more than half of the cafeteria workers this year... because they have already laid off so many people in engineering and program management since 2024, there is no demand for those cafeteria people anymore... When I joined it was a vibrant campus with thousands of employees. ERGs and Pathways too. Now ERGs and Pathways are all eliminated. Campus headcount halved in 3 years.
None in my location, we are hiring.
