Sorry to hear that. You can always appeal claims if denied. This forum is mostly for employees, layoffs etc.
What does this have to do with layoffs?
The father who posted that video clarified in the Instagram comments that the second twin had their claim approved. So it was likely just a coding error for the first twin that had already been resolved (maybe they were both approved under the second twin’s name, that’s something I’ve seen happen). The father knew this but posted the video anyways for clout
