@zx I think they should stick with their past plan of action and force out all of the best, most conscientious, experienced employees with decades of health insurance acumen. That is probably the smart play!
They should start with ERP and let people leave by choice. I think if they offer the same package as last year, they will get their reduction.

Why do they even post jobs?
Hard to say really. Not many rumors at this point. Humana's stocks are up, but 2027 will still be impactful in a lot of ways. It would be better to offer an ERP instead of a RIF.
