Stankey better shape up because he knows we will be all over him with any wrong move.

Can't wait until he tells CNBC in the coming weeks that "AI was responsible for the shrinking of our workforce" as if he's a Big Tech CEO.

Directors, VP’s, AVP’s, all make fun of Stankey and his initiatives.
I’ve never heard anyone who actually takes him seriously.

They pass down his silly little directives because they have to, but they always make clear that they think they’re stupid.

RTO, stupid, counter-productive

Level-Up, d-mb pointless ai spending with bad metrics, total waste of money peddled by the Israelis.

AT&T guarantee, a joke, no customers know wtf it is, I heard a joke recently from a director went something like “It’d be nice if the AT&T guarantee applied to the garbage stock” - true.

GrowthHub? Waste of time, they laid off so many people we have sh-t to do up to our eyes, it isn’t hard to use ai, you want me to waste 50+ hours doing training for sh-t I already know how to do?

Drivenets? More like vapor nets.

The deal with Ericsson? You mean the 100+ Indian contractors they gave us and fu--ing South Americans who can’t code their way out of a fu--ing paper bag?
That’s what billions gets you? You’d be better off setting the money on fire to generate electricity.

Stankey is a total fu--ing clown.

Worst, most hated CEO maybe ever. Don’t know a single person who respects him.

“as long as the work gets done accurately and on time it shouldn’t matter where or when the work gets done.”
You should go out and start your own business if not wanting to meet current job requirements at AT&T.

The problem here is we longer have DEI.

@ag as long as the work gets done accurately and on time it shouldn’t matter where or when the work gets done. If the managers can’t weed out the slackers that’s their problem, not mine. Remote and Hybrid are the industry standard for a reason.

@a9 I’d say 90% or more are unhappy and/ or would be happier if they had some flexibility. You’re going to tell me you have no free will? That’s pathetic.

Everyone prefers to make their own decisions. If you want to go in the office 5 days a week, go ahead. You can even go in 6 or 7 if you want. Nobody is stopping you. So why do you care if I only want to go 2-3 days? Are you that miserable and is your life that sad?
