Well at least haven't been laid off yet.....Alas, 2023 may usher in many new horizons......

To last poster, the job market is markedly different than it was last April. It's far different than it was in August 2022!
I left in July. If you're still at Ford you hurt yourself by not bailing before every company started layoffs. Now you'll have to compete for 1 job to every 4 candidates. Good luck with that.
You should have left when you had the chance! Now you're screwed.
All of you, whereas pensioned or not, don’t despair. I was laid off in the April 2022 cuts, and have found 2 jobs….,you can, as well!
So don’t fear 2023 - th Ed best is ahead of you, even if s job with Ford is not.
