Involuntary ones.

@gv What proof do you have that this person is lying? Do not believe that management can like people and want them to stay?
You really should start posting statements that back up your posts instead of just savings didn’t happen or people are wrong.
Your becoming the hard one to believe because you just say things aren’t what others say they are and you typically defend yourself by calling names or insulting others in some form.
Pretty good story, pure fiction though.
I submitted for the voluntary in May. I’m confident the business preferred I not leave given the numerous calls received from leadership asking to reconsider . I stayed the course as I’d been planning a transition for a while. Was approved weeks later. Received the packet today. Had an end date pre defined with management. The packet I received said involuntary but with the same pay out package that was referenced when the voluntary was announced. I’m sure there’s a reason they would prefer to lump voluntary in with involuntary. Maybe to hide the true voluntary number? I really don’t care either way but the total lack of communication has been eye watering! I hope the best for the business and I’m not bitter by any means but I like being part of something and sadly; that feeling is gone. We trade our time, lives and skill to the company for a paycheck. There’s also an element of trust that is part of that transaction and Xerox has zero trust in their culture.
I got laid. Off today.
12,000 people are losing their jobs?
I was not approved
12,000 for now. Just keep running the company into the ground. We can double that number next week. Think of the money that will be saved, by having less customers to take care of!!! Astonishingly foolish management. With a cherry 🍒 on top.
About 12,000 left to go.
