@ap I believe employee paychecks go to the front of the line during a bankruptcy liquidation. But yeah, Spirit employees can forget about severance unless it was in the contract.

@an where would the money for severance come from? Look at what happened to the people who worked for Spirit Airlines just weeks ago. The company just shutdown. They were lucky if they got their last pay checks.
