I hate that I’m on teams meetings all day glued to my desk. Love my work and position, hate being stuck at my desk to not interact with anyone in person

@OP Sounds like you are working remotely in the office. Move in and save rent, gas and electric bill. Better yet since 1RP is largely vacant, convert floors of the building into affordable apartments for AEP employees and you can still work remotely from home. Lets do something to benefit employees thus improving morale to increase productivity, collaboration, innovation and the economic plight of employees. Also offer free electric on employees' and retirees' primary residence especially since retirees took a hit on health insurance premiums once they have age and years of service equaling 95. Breach of trust and integrity between legacy employees with decades of service and corporate leadership. Let's return to our roots and give employees a break for a change. Now, that is collaborative and innovative in a retro kind of way where the company actually values their employees and makes a commitment to better their lives too.
