Hey, we used to have a pretty good way to track headcount, they stole that from us and the current way I think is not accurate at least for me.
Does anyone have a semi accurate headcount?

just go to one way dell and check how many are under your manager, then his manager etc etc..
pretty easy.
It's 97k FTE. Much more if you include the contignent/contractors though.

That is correct. When you select all reports it breaks down “employee” and “contingent worker” into two separate categories.

Surely this includes all contractors under MD??
It tells you in the org chart in one dell way. Navigate to MSD - all reports - employees.
It's literally public information.
